Guest Lecturer/Speaker
Sharon Chandler, Executive Director of Yes 2 Kollege Education Resources, Inc. and published author of "Say Yes To College: A Practical And Inspirational Guide to Raising College-Bound Kids" with foreword by Bill Cosby, can visit your organization for a 1 hour presentation. Ms. Chandler is also available for facilitating meetings, and training workshops -from $1,500.

For Parents/Students

Yes2Kollege/Sacramento
6 weekly sessions with 50 middle school students and parents, learning early college goal setting, time management, resource development, study skills and career and college preparation. Students and parents "graduate" at the programs conclusion. Idea for any college partnership (Yes2Kollege will make the arrangements and design the program to suit your needs) - from $5,000.

6 Steps to Raising College-Bound Students
6 part (parents/students) workshop focusing on the necessary steps to raise children who are eligible to apply and enroll in their college of choice - from $1500.

Family Life Enrichment– 20 Topics
2 hour presentations for parents, organizations, childcare providers/professionals on parenting skills that nurture respect, discipline and responsibility in children - from $500.

Professional Development for Teachers/Administrators/Caseworkers

Teachers Helping Parents Raise Successful Students
2 hour workshop designed to inspire educators to embrace the 'culture capitol' of it's diverse student and parent populations - from $1500.

For Organizations

Yes2Kollege Academy Training of Trainers
3 hour train-the-trainer session on involving parents in the everyday preparation of college-bound students. A partnership of school staff, teachers, parent organizations, and administrators, are given a plan for teaching parents how to set family goals, organize/manage time, recognize/develop/utilize their "village" resources, and develop career and college plans - from $3,000

Train the Trainer
(6) hour group training for parents, organizations, professionals in cooperation with On Track Program Resources, Inc (www.getontrack.org) and CA Department of Alcohol/Drug programs. Yes 2 Kollege offers participants training in parenting, life skills, character education and college preparation.

Other classes/presentations may be customized for your activity.
